Minorca (Menorca, now part of Spain). Map showing rivers, towns and villages and administrative divisions. Scale: [4 inches to about 3 miles]. Compass indicators; south-south-west at the top. Pencilled amendments, notes and grid marked out on the western side of the island. According to the War Office map docket book (which was the original means of reference to the War Office maps), this map is endorsed with the name Captain D'Arcy and the date 1802; the map has been backed with canvas for preservation purposes and the endorsement is not now visible.
