'A Plan of the River Arun from the Sea at Littlehampton to Newbridge [between Wisborough Green and Billingshurst] also of the River Rother from Stopham (where it enters to Arun) to Midhurst': map, on two sheets: (1) an extension west from Byworth to Midhurst; (2) the main map. Both sheets bear markings (with explanatory notes) showing where (1) should be joined to (2) to form the complete map. Scale: 1 inch to 2 furlongs. Compass indicator to each sheet. [By] May Upton, 1812. Dimensions: (1) 41 cm x 67.5 cm; (2) 47 cm x 167.5 cm.
