Five maps each entitled 'Windsor Great Park and adjacent lands belonging to Her Majesty', showing plantations, farms, woods, buildings, ponds, roads and pathways. Scale: about 1 inch to 12 chains. Compass stars. (2) 1863 edition. Lithographed by Day and son, Lithographers to the Queen, with MS instructions on areas of the map to be coloured. (1) 1879 edition, with coloured MS additions to show how and when land was acquired by the Crown, and land sold or conveyed away. Key to colours and numbers is in CRES 35/191. (3)-(5) 1879 edition. (1) and (3)-(5) lithographed by Frederick Dangerfield, Lithographer, London WC.
