Enclosure award map of Asby Scar, Rakes and Longmoor in the township of Asby Winderwath, Westmorland, 1867. Shows site of ancient settlement, buildings, watercourses, roads, paths, woodland, allotments, plot numbers. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Compass indicator. Signed by William Garnett, Valuer, Carlisle. Outlines examined and approved 18 November 1868, and allotments examined and approved 1 August 1874, by Lt Col George Leach and Lt Col W Lomas (?), Assistant Enclosure Commissioners. Referred to by Charles Wood, Assistant Enclosure Commissioner, 12 February 1869. Stamped in the office of the Enclosure Commissioners on various dates 1869 to 1874. Approved and sealed by G Darby and G Ridley, Commissioners of Enclosure, 15 October 1874.
