Enclosure award of 19 January 1854 pursuant to 11 & 12 Vic, c 27, for Shellwood Manor, Surrey: preamble and schedule of allotments (13 sheets), compiled by William Keen, Land Surveyor, Westminster, 12 January 1854. Enclosure award map shows buildings, roads, paths, watercourses, allotments and plot numbers, trigonometrical measurements. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Compass indicator. Surveyed by Washbourne and Keen, Cannon Row, Westminster. Outlines examined and approved 22 November 1852. Allotments examined and approved 16 August 1853 by Lt Col Robert K Dawson, Assistant Enclosure Commissioner. Stamped in the office of the Enclosure Commissioners on various dates in 1852 and 1853. Approved and sealed by H C Mules and W Blamire, Commissioners of Enclosure, 19 January 1854.
