5 items extracted from AIR 40/201. 5 sheets of plans, elevations, sections and profiles of German aircraft. (1) 'Nightchaser 8.262 BB': 1 plan, 1 profile and 5 sections; all labelled in German. Printed, coloured, on draughtsman's paper. MS, coloured and pencilled, amendments and notes. (2) 'General Arrangement of the Messerschmitt ME262, issued by the Royal Aircraft Establishment, Ministry of Aircraft Production': 1 side elevation, 1 front elevation, 1 plan, and profiles of the wing and the tailplane. Dyeline print. Scale 1 inch to 2 feet. (3) 'ME 262 Helmand Holland 28.11.44': plan. Dyeline print. Scale: 1 inch to about 2.54 feet. 'Made from reconstruction of wreckage'. (4) Cross-section of the cockpit of an unidentified aircraft, showing 2 seated figures. Photocopy; cut from a larger sheet. (5) Smaller-scale photocopy of the left-hand side only of item 1. Dimensions: between 77 cm x 140 cm and 36 cm x 44.5 cm.
