Enclosure award of 1 July 1858 pursuant to 18 & 19 Vic c 61, for part of the township and manor of Maulds Meaburn, Westmorland: preamble and schedule of allotments (14 sheets) compiled by Crayston Webster, Valuer, 26 June 1858. The enclosure award map shows place names, buildings, roads, paths, trees, existing close, watercourses, allotments and plot numbers. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Compass star. Surveyed by Crayston Webster, Kendal, 1858. Outlines examined and approved 1 January 1858. Signed by J J Rawlinson, Assistant Enclosure Commissioner, 9 February 1858. Allotments examined and approved 27 May 1858 by Lt Col Robert K Dawson, Assistant Enclosure Commissioner. Approved and sealed by W Blamire and G Darby, Commissioners of Enclosure 1 July 1858. Stamped in the office of the Enclosure Commissioners on various dates 1857 to 1858.
