(1)-(18) originally enclosed in Governor Sir C Clementi's despatch number 387 concerning land resumption in the New Territories, 1926; subsequently placed in Colonial Office file number C 18677 of 1926. (19)-(24) originally enclosed in a despatch from Governor Clementi to Lieutenant Colonel L C M S Amery, MP, Secretary of State for the Colonies, concerning the recognition of governments in China, 1926; subsequently placed in Colonial Office file number C 21189 of 1926.
