'New Government Offices, London': 2 plans of proposed works in Whitehall, Parliament Street and Great George Street, showing the extent of the site (red), an area for new Foreign Office and War Office buildings (yellow) and the line of a new embankment (blue). (1) Covering the immediate site only, showing details of individual buildings. (2) Covering land, on both sides of the River Thames, between Leicester Square in the north and Lambeth Palace in the south. Scale: (1) 1 inch to 44 feet [1:528]; (2) 5 feet to 1 mile [1:1056]. Compass stars to both items. Dimensions: (1) 103 cm x 108.5 cm; (2) 202 cm x 113 cm.
