Map relating to enclosure award of 15 April 1853 for Frensham Commons, Farnham Manor, Surrey. Shows buildings, roads, watercourses, hills, names of commons and neighbouring parishes, tithing boundaries, trigonometrical measurements, allotments and plot numbers. Scale: 1 inch to 4 chains. Map in two parts. Part 1 contains depiction of lookout tower; details of tithing boundaries; compass star; cloth seal of the Inclosure Commission. Surveyed by John Harold (?), Land Surveyor, Winchfield, 15 April 1853. Outlines examined and approved 7 February 1854. Allotments examined and approved 2 July 1855, by Col Robert K Dawson, Assistant Enclosure Commissioner. Inspected and signed by N Wetherell, Assistant Commissioner. Both parts approved and sealed by W Blamire and H C Mules, Commissioners of Enclosure, 30 January 1857. Dimensions: (part 1) 375 cm x 172 cm; (part 2) 412 cm x 170 cm.
