Plan of Board of Ordnance property at the Royal Gunpowder Works, also showing the River Lea between Town Mead and Holyfield marsh, the acreage of nearby fields, and the abbey church. Reference table; reference notes on colouring and on fishing rights. Scale: 1 inch to about 90 yards. Copied from a survey made for M Walton, 1783; this copy signed by Captain-Lieutenant John Finlay, Royal Engineers, 1800. Pencilled additions relating to a poaching case of 1853; additions signed by Captain T H Collinson, Royal Engineers, 13 October 1853.
