Drawn by Private Garnham and another under the direction of Lieut [H R] Luard Royal Engineers. Signed by Capt George Ross Royal Engineers 10 August 1852. Annotated 'To accompany a letter dated 11 August 1852 from the Officer Commanding Royal Engineers, Woolwich'.
