Scale: 23 cm to 1 league [1:21,120]. [By] Major Manuel Joachim Bandao de Souza, Engineer, under the orders of Lieutenant Colonels Sir R Fletcher and [H] Elphinstone, both of the Royal Engineers. Insets: plans of fortresses; scale: 1 inch to 200 feet [1:2,400].
