(9) Declaration by J J Rowlinson on his appointment as Assistant Tithe Commissioner. (10)-(11) 2 copies of a cover page reading '... On Hospital Business. To the Clerk of the Check of the Royal Hospital for Seamen, Greenwich'. (12) Map of the parish of Simonburn, Northumberland, showing field boundaries. Scale: 1 inch to 880 yards. Compass star. Surveyed by John Fryer and Sons.
