Shows woodland, field and common boundaries, roads, river, streams, fisheries, the prior of Langton's weir. Buildings drawn in perspective: churches, houses, Flaxley Abbey. Some house owners named. Southern fragment shows river bend at Rodley Marsh. North-eastern fragment shows the city of Gloucester, represented by the cathedral and other buildings. Scale bar with scale statement: 1 inch to 4 perches. Oriented to the north-west (buildings and legends not shown in a uniform direction). Compass rose, cardinal points. Date suggested by scale bar, compass rose, and hands. Dimensions: main map (damaged) about 99 cm x 213 cm: southern fragment 11 cm x 32 cm; north-eastern fragment 17 cm x 25 cm.
