Middlesex: Poplar (now in London Borough of Tower Hamlets). Plans of proposed dock for colliers in the Isle of Dogs submitted to the Chancellor of the Exchequer by Charles Rowland, one of the Harbour Masters of the Port of London. (1) - (3) Three duplicate prints of the plan. Scale: 1 inch to 250 feet. Compass indicator. (4) Manuscript plan. Scale: 1 inch to 100 feet. Signed by Rowland, 23 September 1824. (5) Manuscript plan of the land on which it is proposed to make the dock for colliers, with names of proprietors. Dimensions of sheets: (1)-(3) 42.7 cm x 65.5 cm; (4) 76.7 cm x 132.1 cm; (5) 103.6 cm x 163.8 cm.
