Dedication to Lord Hyde, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, by Robert Lowde, land surveyor, 1772, in rococo cartouche surmounted by royal coat of arms. Decorative border. Scale bar surmounted by dividers; 1 inch to about 12 chains. Compass star.
