Description

Map of Cowick and Snaith manors and lands in Rawcliffe, part of the Honor of Tickhill, Yorkshire; shows field names. Title in rococo cartouche. Scale: 1 inch to 6.5 chains. Compass star. Drawn by William Chippendale, 20 October 1767, in pursuance of commission under the Duchy of Lancaster seal of 20 May 1766. Filed with the commission, return and schedules, giving details of tenants, acreage and value.
