16 plans, similar to MR 1/168 and MR 1/170, of waste lands in the southern and northern portions of Epping Forest, Essex. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford and the manors of Chambers, Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Loughton, Theydon Bois and Waltham Holy Cross are shown. Plans (1)-(3), (6) and (8)-(9) include an inset showing lot nos 1129-1305 in Snaresbrook. Plans (1)-(3), (6) and (8)-(16) show enclosed lands in pink and waste lands in green. Plans (4)-(5) and (7) have a reference table to colours used. Scale: 1 inch to 13 chains. Compass indicators. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co in connection with the Epping Forest Commission. Dimensions of sheets: (1)-(9) 98 cm x 115.5 cm; (10)-(16) 87 cm x 170.5 cm.
