39 sheets, similar to MR 1/168. (1)-(4) and (9)-(25): plan of waste lands in the southern portion of Epping Forest, Essex, dated 1871 and marked 'R.C.D. 4' in Robert Collier Driver's affidavit of 25 March 1872. MS notes on (2), (3) and (4) declare that those plans were deposited at the Crown Hotel, Loughton; the Castle Hotel, Woodford and the Cock Hotel Epping respectively, in 1872. (5)-(8) and (26)-(39): plan of waste lands in the northern portion of Epping Forest, Essex, dated 1871 and marked 'R.C.D. 3' in Robert Collier Driver's affidavit of 25 March 1872. MS notes on (6) and (8) declare that those plans were deposited at the Crown Hotel, Loughton and the Castle Hotel, Woodford respectively, in 1872. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford, and the manors of Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Epping, Loughton, Theydon Bois and Waltham Holy Cross with Upstone are shown. Scale: 1 inch to 13 chains. Compass indicators. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co in connection with the Epping Forest Commission. Dimensions of sheets: (1)-(4) and (9)-(25) 99 cm x 128.5 cm; (5)-(8) and (26)-(39) 89.5 cm x 183 cm.
