Higham Park and the manors of Cann Hall and Ruckholts, Leyton, and Loughton are shown. Scales: 1 inch to 3 chains and 1 inch to 4 chains. Compass indicator. Surveyed by Messrs Driver for the Epping Forest Commissioners.
