Two plans, similar to MR 1/168, of waste lands in (1) the southern and (2) the northern portions of Epping Forest, Essex, as ascertained by the Epping Forset Commissioners and referred to in their scheme of 23 February 1877. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford, the manors of Chambers, Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Cross, Theydon Bois and Loughton, and the quarters of Honey Lane and St Thomas are shown. (1) also includes an inset plan showing plots nos 1092-1094 and 1120-1308 in Snaresbrook. Enclosed lands are shown in pink and waste lands in green. Signed by Charles Wood, J W Perry Watlington, John Locke and Henry Lord Barclay, Epping Forest Commissioners. Scale: 1 inch to 12 chains. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 90 cm x 93 cm; (2) 68.5 cm x 187 cm.
