Five plans. (1) and (2) Plans of waste lands in (1) the southern portion 'in Three Parts' and (2) the northern portion 'in Four Parts' of Epping Forest, Essex, similar to MR 1/172 and referred to in the Draft Scheme dated July 1876 of the Epping Forest Commissioners. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford, the manors of Chambers, Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Cross, Epping Bury and Hatch and the Quarter of Honey Lane are shown. (1) also includes an inset plan showing plot nos 1092-1094 and 1120-1308 in Snaresbrook. Scale: 1 inch to 12 chains. Compass indicators. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 87.5 cm x 94.5 cm; (2) 68.5 cm x 126 cm. (3)-(5) Enlarged plans of lands at Woodford, Leytonstone and Loughton in Essex respectively. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. Compass indicators. All items show enclosed lands in pink and waste lands in green.
