'Reduced' plans of waste lands in (1) the southern portion 'in Three Parts' and (2) the northern portion 'in Four Parts' of Epping Forest, Essex, referred to in the preliminary report dated 27 February 1875 of the Epping Forest Commissioners. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford, the manors of Chambers, Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Cross, Epping Bury, Hatch, Loughton, Theydon Bois and Sewardstone and the quarters of Honey Lane and St Thomas are shown. (1) also includes an inset plan showing plots nos 1092-1094 and 1120-1308 in Snaresbrook. Enclosed lands are shown in pink and waste lands in green. Scale: 1 inch to 12 chains. Compass indicators. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 87.5 cm x 94.5 cm; (2) 68.5 cm x 126 cm.
