Two plans of waste lands in (1) the southern and (2) the northern portions of Epping Forest, Essex, dated 1871 and marked 'R.C.D. 4' and 'R.C.D. 3' respectively in Robert Collier Driver's affidavit of 25 March 1872. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford and the manors of Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Epping, Loughton, Theydon Bois and Waltham Holy Cross with Upstone are shown. Enclosed lands are shown in pink and waste lands in green. Scale: 1 inch to 13 chains. Compass indicators. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co in connection with the Epping Forest Commission. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 98 cm x 115.5 cm; (2) 87 cm x 170.5 cm.
