1 item, numbered 28, extracted from WO 78/1006. French Empire. 'Sketch of the military Frontier of Belgium from Namur on the Meuse to Peruwels [i.e. Péruwelz] near Tournay [Tournai] Reconnoitred in June 1814 by Charles Hamilton Smith, D.A.Q.M. [Deputy Assistant Quarter Master] Genl.': map.
Items numbered 1-27, formerly held at this reference, reverted to WO 78/1006 in 1981.
Apparently, this reference was at one time envisaged to be used for some of the items in the accumulation now divided between WO 78/1004/1, WO 78/1004/2, MPH 1/151, MPH 1/152 and MPH 1/153; it seems unlikely, however, that any of those items were ever actually extracted or transferred to this reference.
