Reference table. Compass indicator. Signed: Colonel Slaniceano and M Falcojano, Romanian delegates. Returned to the Secretariat, Constantinople (now Istanbul), 14 December 1878. Originally annexed to a memorandum presented by Romania to the European Commission on the boundaries of Bulgaria, 4-16 November 1878.
