'Plan of the Tract of Land purchased by the New Brunswick and Nova Scotia Land Company; containing 9,589,000 acres and lying in the Parishes of Douglas, Saint Mary, Queensbury and Southampton, County of York': marking place names and numbered lots, with their proprietors' names. Scale: 1 inch to 1.25 miles. Compass indicator. Signed: Thomas Baillie, Commissioner and Surveyor General, 23 October 1835.
