Appointment by henry Courteney, earl of Devon, of Walter Trelany and others as attorneys to receive seisin from Richard [Fox], bishop of Winchester, and others, of the manors and advowsons of Boconnoc and Braddock, the manors of Rosecare [in St Gennys], Dizzard [in St Gennys], Tinten [in St Tudy], Penpont [in St Kew]; and lands etc in Boconnoc, Rosecare, Dizzard, Bawdowe [in St Winnow] and Stricketenton [in Lanlivery]; the manor and advowson of West Odwell; the manors of Skerraton [in Dean Prior], Stancombe [in Sherford]; South Allington [in Chivelstone] and Goodrington [in Paignton]; lands etc in Dean Prior, West Ogwell, Stokenham, Paignton and North Bovey; Manors of Hinton [in Mudford] and Mudford and lands etc in the same; the manor and advowson of the chapel of Corton [in Portinsham] and lands etc in the same.
