Parties: Notarial instrument reciting at the request of John Genvill, rector of Yeovil, an agreement between Walerand, sometime rector of Yeovil, and William de Cantulupe, kt., patron of Barwick chapel, and Thomas, chaplain of the said chapel, concerning tithes of the manor of Barwick. Certified by the official of the bishop of Bath and Wells. Place or Subject: Barwick (Berwyke) chapel: [Somerset].
