Grant by Sir Guy de Brian, knight, to whom Walter Bachiler, citizen and draper of London, granted by charter all the tenements with houses, shops and cellars which Walter had in the parish of All Hallows, Bread Street, that if Walter, his heirs of executors, pay to Sir Guy at Easter 1358, 100 marks, the charter shall be void. 25 February, 31 Edw III.
