Grant by Roger de Cavemdish, citizen and skinner of London, to whom Stephen Godwyne, citizen of London, is held by statute of merchant, made before Simon Franceis, mayor of London, in 18 January, 29 Edw III, in £100, to be paid at Easter next, that if he, his heirs and assigns, be at no time expelled by Stephen or Joan, his wife, from three sops with solars, kitchens, court, chamber and privy, which Roger had of gift of Stephen in Cornhill and Lombard Street in the parish of St Mary Woolchurch, the said statute merchant shall be void. 20 January, 29 Edw III.
