Grant by Richard de Knyghtelee of Carshalton, cook, and Alice, his wife, late the wife of John de Shene, late citizen and saddler of London, to Cecily, late the wife of Thomas Rose, clerk, sometime citizen of London, of an annual rent of 20s, from the tenements which the prioress and convent of the house of St Helen, London, hold in Ivy Lane, in the parish of St Faith the Virgin, at St Paul's, London.
