Bond by Sir John de Lyuns, lord of Warkworth, and Margery, his wife, to John Gerard of Banbury, the elder, and Alice his wife, in two robes a year worth 2 marks at least against Christmas 33 Edw I, and so yearly for life, and in default thereof, power to John Gerard and Alice, to enter the tenement, whereof he enfeoffed John de Lyuns and Margery, late of Thomas de Northwode in the field of Grimsbury [in Banbury, formerly in Warkworth].
