Demise by Thomas Osebourne to William Swetay of an arable land called Stonysfeld and a meadow annexed called Wayourysmede within the manor of Cetney (Serney), Somerset, for a term of 40 years, with heybote, free ingress and egress to cut timber and carry the same away between Michaelmas and Easter; but he shall do no waste nor cut trees but root up thorns by the hedges and clear the ditch without by the highway and elsewhere, and flood the said land within ten years and sow at will.
