Ratification by Thomas, son of Walter, lord of Astley (Estleg), of the sale and quitclaim made by Thomas de Londiniis to Erdbury (Orbur') Priory, of a manse and two acres of land in the territory of Chilvers (Chelverscot), which Thomas de Londiniis bought of Thomas, son of Sayer de Stokes; by virtue of which sale the prior and canons have released to Thomas, son of Walter, 6d of 18d, which he used to render for the said land and another land, and Thomas was released to them 6d, which he used to receive for the said land; and grant by the same to them, in exchange for that one of the said acres which lies in the field towards Sole End (Souleg) [in Astley], of an acre of land next to the common pasture between the said manse and their messuage, late of Sayer de Stokes.
