Demise at farm by John, prior of the Charterhouse, London, and the convent of that place to John Assheton, citizen and fishmonger of London, of a tenement in the old fishmarket in the parish of St Nicholas Coldsbbey, London, in which dwelt Thomas Umfrey, late citizen and fishmonger of London, to hold from Christmas next for 40 years. The chapterhouse of the priory, Saturday in All Saints, 12 Hen IV. Seal
