Grant by William de Haldenne to Stephen Haym of Winchester, John Shelforde, citizen of London, Roger de Faryngdon, rector of the church of St Margeret (Mary) Lothbury, London, and William Stowe, citizen of London, of the tenements with garden and shops which John Bays, Geoffrey, rector of the church of St Margaret (Mary), Fridaystrete, London, now deceased, and the grantor had of the gift of Richard de Chesterfeld and Richard de Tyssyngton, clerks, in the parishes of St Olave, Old Jewry, and St Margaret Lothbury, London, one tenement with the garden being in both parishes and two tenements with the shops being in the parish of St Margaret, which tenements were sometime of Joan, relict of John de Coupeland, purchased by her from Bartholomew de Burgherssh, knight; John Haddele being then mayor of London and John Haylessdone and William Baret sheriffs. 2 Jun, 3 Ric II.
