Appointment by Richard de Cortenhale, king's serjeant at arms, of William Derby and Simon de Staundon to deliver to Master Richard de Plessys, clerk, seisin of three shops with houses, solars, and cellars in the parish of St Bartholomew the Less, London, with the advowson of that church and the whole socage of diverse tenements in Broad Street (Bradestrete) and elsewhere in london, which he acquired of Simon Bonde, brother of Thomas Bonde, formerly citizen of London.
