Sale by William de Multone, chaplain, Thomas Sprotes, and Henry Bonmarche, clerk, executors of the will of John de Watford, clerk, enrolled in the husting of London of pleas of land held on Monday before Sts Simon and Jude, to John de Neuportes of the houses in the parish of St Sepulchre without Newgate, in the suburb of London towards the bridge of Holborn, which houses John de Watford bequeathed to be sold. Witnesses:- Hamo de Chigewellm, mayor of London, Richard Constantin and Richard de Hakeneye, sheriffs of London, Nicholas de Farndon, alderman of that ward, William le Barber, beadle of that ward, and others. London, Tuesday the eve of Sts Simon and Jude, 15 Edw II; Dorse:- Enrolled in the husting of London held on the Monday before Sts Simon and Jude, 15 Edw II. One seal, two fragments
