Grant by John de Derby, cordwainer and citizen of London, to William de Stanmere of all his houses [in St Sepulchre] (without the bar of We Sts methefeld), which he had of the demise of Maud, relict of Walter de Sandon, cook, at a rent of 3s to the canons of Holy Trinity within Aldgate, London, four of 2s to the brethren of the hospital of St John, Clerkenwell, four of 3s 8d to the nuns of Clerkenwell, of 4s to the brethren of the hospital of St Bartholomew, Smithfield, and to the grantor a clove gillyflower.
