Grant by John Howes of Harlyston, to John Yaxlee, Peter Wodecock, clerk, William Mundis and John Fayrchyld, to the use of the grantor, of all the messuages, lands and tenements etc. formerly belonging to William poyntras, deceasd, in Harleston, Sterston and Nedham or elsewhere in the counties named, and of which James Hobart, attorney of the king, Thomas Hervy of Rekynghale, gentleman, and others, are now seised to the grantor's use: Norfolk. Suff. Endorsed: Names of witnesses. 17 August, 7 Hen VII. Fragment of seal.
