Conveyance by James Hobart, king's attorney, Thomas Harvy of Rikynghale, gentlemen, John Gandy of Harleston and John Bacon of the same, at the request of Edward Fuller of Haveryng atte Bower, co. Essex, otherwise Edward Clerk, executor of the will of William Poyntras, son and heir of John Poyntras, and in fulfilment of the said will, to John Howes of Harleston aforesaid, Joan his wife, William Knyvet, knight, Edward Jenney and Walter Hobart, esquires, William Mundes and Richard Southall, of all the messuages, lands and tenements etc. formerly belonging to the said William and John Poyntras in Harleston, Sterston, and Nedeham, and elsewhere in the counties named; with letter of attorney authorising John Fairechild and Robert Toteld to deliver seisin: Norfolk.
