York, and Alice his wife, granddaughter and one of the heirs of the late Master John Clarell, to Robert, rector of the church of Hemmingford Abbots, of all their right in a messuage in the said town next the high road leading to the cemetary [cemetery] of the said church, and in certain land there: the said Clarell, late rector of the said church, having acquired the said premises: Hunt. Thursday after St Lucy the virgin, 27 Edw I. Portion of seal.
