Agreement between the abbot and convent of Bordesley of the one part, and William Burnulf son of Ralph Burnulf of Benetthl[ey], of the other, relative to certain land in Himmingehale, in dispute between the said parties in the Court Christian before the official of Worcester, and which the said Ralph left by his will to the said abbot and convent;: the said William has released all his right in the said land to the said monks, who, after taking possession thereof, have granted it to William for his life; for the observance of which the said parties have bound themselves under a penalty of 20s. Witnesses:—Master Thomas the official, Thomas de Stoke, and others (named). [Worcestershire] Seal.
