Grant by Nicholas Oliver of Waltham Holy Cross, to Michael de Brokesbourne, Beatrice his wife, and Edith their daughter, and their heirs de gradum exeuntibus, of part of a tenement with a house built thereon, and pasture for two beats in Hokesmersh, in the hamlet of Halifield, adjoining the lane called 'Mundegomeslane'; doing service for the grantor to the lord of 'la Pincale. ' Witnesses:- Walter de Halifield, Robert de Pukelond, and others (named): [Essex.], Portion of seal.
