Grant by Matilda Selby, late the wife of Robert Selby of Hereford, widow, to Isabella Haukyns of Hereford, by which the grantor undertakes to receive on the soil and land of her tenement in Hereford by Mulkelane, opposite St Peter's church, all the rain water from a tenement of the said Isabella, adjoining that of the grantor, the said water to belong to the grantee, who is to keep the gutters in repair which are between the said tenements: [Herefordshire] Monday after the Assumption, 13 Hen VI. Seal.
