Demise by John de Hallynges of Bedeworth, for his own life, to Master Philip de Turville, canon of Lichesfeld, of the messuage and lands, etc., in Bedeworth which he lately held of the said Philip, and of the lands there which he held in right of Alice his late wife, for that term; paying to John yearly 28s., a moiety of a quarter of wheat, and, in every other year, a robe: [Warwickshire] 12 February, 6 Edw III. Seal.
