Defeasance of a grant by John Burcer, carpenter, of Edelmeton, to William Bakere of Tottenham, of a messuage and garden in Edelmeton, witnessing that if John pay to William at Christmas a year hence 3l. 15s in his dwelling house at Tottenham, the said grant shall be void; otherwise it shall be of force: Middlesex Thursday after St Thomas the Apostle, 3 Ric II. Seal of arms.
