Grant by Thomas Salvagins, to Thomas son of Robert Payn, of a messuage and croft in Fobesunte, a croft between 'la churhceweye' and Wykle, and land at Pusedene, etc, with the right to keep two animals with the grantor's cattle, except in his wood of West, and a bullock and four pigs with the grantor's pigs: paying to him 8d. yearly and 12d. to the convent of Bradlegh.
